Position: Senior Labour Relations Director Role
Lead transformative change within CAMH as the Senior Director of Labour Relations. This prominent role integrates expertise in employee relations and legal counsel within a healthcare-focused environment.

As a strategic part of the People & Experience team, you will oversee labour relations, occupational health, and safety initiatives. Your leadership will direct complex grievance processes, oversee compliance matters, and influence multi-disciplinary teams to promote a safe workplace. This position is pivotal for ensuring a supportive environment in alignment with CAMH’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead grievance and arbitration procedures

• Drive compliance with occupational health and safety standards

• Manage workplace safety strategies and initiatives

• Influence multidisciplinary team collaborations

• Guide strategic labour relations initiatives

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor or LL.B. from an accredited institution

• 6–10 years of progressive labour relations experience

• In-depth understanding of collective bargaining processes

• Proven track record in multi-union settings

• Expertise in disability management and OHS programs
