Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, the Recruiter will help attract, assess, and hire talented individuals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and representing Fundserv's employer brand.

In this role, you will…

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and candidate success profiles.
• Proactively source, assess, and engage candidates through Linked In and other channels, building talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (Dayforce), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes and efficiency.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
• Understand technical skill requirements and effectively source and assess candidates for specialized roles
• Leverage Linked In Recruiter to identify and engage candidates and build talent pipelines
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
• Manage multiple priorities and recruitment activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows and candidate records; experience with Dayforce ATS is an asset.

Starting base salary range: $40-$45/hour, 37.5 hours/week
