Position: Toronto HR Internship with Corporate Admin
Join our Corporate Administration team in Toronto as a Human Resources Intern and gain valuable experience in HR and office management. This part-time role requires a commitment of four days on-site weekly.

The internship focuses on assisting various HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll preparation, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter new hire data and support onboarding processes

• Assist in payroll tasks, including timesheet validation

• Help maintain accurate employee records in ADP

• Participate in candidate screening and interview scheduling

• Support day-to-day office operations and communications

Requirements:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with HR systems, especially ADP

• High discretion and emotional intelligence

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools

• Minimum of four days availability per week
