The Director of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness will spearhead the design and execution of a comprehensive talent strategy to fortify leadership capabilities across OCS. You will guide the Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while translating engagement insights into actionable plans. Leveraging your expertise, you will influence key decisions that foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or similar

• MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred

• 9+ years in relevant HR roles

• Leadership experience in talent and budget management

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
