Clio is looking for a Senior Manager in Talent Development & Learning to enhance workforce capabilities using AI technology. This role focuses on leadership development and improving team effectiveness in a hybrid work model.
This 13-month contract role involves shaping the Talent Development team and overseeing crucial HR initiatives. You will refine talent management programs, improve global onboarding experiences, and integrate DIBE principles throughout the organization. As a strategic leader, your efforts will support Clio's commitment to a diverse and competent workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead talent development and learning teams
• Manage global talent management programs
• Enhance onboarding processes for new hires
• Drive leadership development across all levels
• Measure and report on program efficacy
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in HR or Talent Development
• Experience in managing high-performing teams
• Strong expertise in leadership program design
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
