As a 12-Month Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for co-op, internship, and entry-level positions. Collaborating with academic institutions and business leaders will allow you to enhance the student experience and streamline campus recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle campus recruitment for entry-level roles

• Partner with leaders to formulate recruitment strategies

• Source, screen, and manage recruitment processes

• Facilitate candidate interviews and offer extensions

• Provide recruitment updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or Campus Recruitment

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment management

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities

• Post-secondary education in related field
