In this full-cycle recruiting role, you will lead efforts in sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates across North America, Europe, and Asia. Collaboration with hiring managers is essential as you define role requirements, improve interview processes, and build robust candidate pipelines. This role also involves leveraging AI tools for improved recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own global full-cycle recruiting from role kickoff to offer
• Engage active and passive candidates for technical roles
• Collaborate with leadership for role designing and interview structuring
• Manage recruiting workflows in Ashby ATS
• Report on time-to-fill and pipeline health metrics
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in high-growth recruiting
• Expertise in sourcing technical and non-technical talent
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS systems
• Strong influencing abilities with hiring managers
• Detail-oriented with a focus on clean data management
