Position: Field Recruiter – Amazon Team
Join Amazon's AUTA Field Recruiting team in Toronto as a recruiter focused on sourcing high-caliber talent worldwide. This role is pivotal in our growth strategy and requires on-site presence with travel during peak recruiting.

As a recruiter, you will leverage two or more years of recruiting experience to work alongside full lifecycle recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers. Your main responsibilities will include strategizing talent acquisition, enhancing recruitment processes, and building a network of potential candidates. You will play an integral role in facilitating interviews and managing multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to establish early career talent strategies

• Track deliverables through scalable recruiting plans

• Conduct proactive sourcing and assessment of candidates

• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with Amazon’s mission

• Collaborate on best practices in interview techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in corporate or search firm recruiting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Amazon experience

• Experience with candidate management processes

• Knowledge of ATS sourcing and tracking

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
