Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all learning programs and logistics

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System

• Track participation and develop learning effectiveness metrics

• Respond to inquiries regarding learning programs

• Gather feedback to suggest training improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Education, or similar

• 2-4 years of relevant L&D experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and time management abilities

• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
