In this in-office full-time position, you will tackle complex HR issues and drive talent acquisition while ensuring adherence to guidelines and compliance regulations. Your advisory role will empower clients and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on complex HR matters

• Facilitate high-level consulting and support

• Monitor compliance with HR best practices

• Lead recruitment processes for diverse roles

• Create effective internal HR communications

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in HR

• At least five years of progressive HR experience

• Strong understanding of employment legislation

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Effective problem-solving abilities and judgment
