• Facilitate training and improve Compensation processes

• Coordinate complex compensation reviews and resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum six years of relevant compensation experience

• Expertise in compensation legislation and governance

• Proven project management and analytical skills

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday

• Professional designation such as CEBS or equivalent preferred
