Director of Human Resources at CAO

Shape the future of Ontario's condominium sector as the Director of Human Resources at the Condominium Authority of Ontario. This key leadership role requires strategic oversight in a hybrid work model, enhancing workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director serves as a senior HR leader, guiding the Executive Leadership Team in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will spearhead a comprehensive people strategy and ensure compliance across HR practices while fostering a culture that emphasizes inclusion and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide people strategy

• Oversee total rewards program and compensation practices

• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning

• Lead organizational change initiatives and workforce capability

• Build a culture of engagement and inclusion

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of progressive HR management experience

• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation

• Proven experience in executive HR advisory roles

• Familiarity with HRIS and data analytics tools

• High degree of judgment in sensitive matters
