Dynamic Senior Manager, People & Culture

As a strategic partner to senior leaders, you will align the People & Culture frameworks with organizational goals and enhance workforce planning. Your deep understanding of employee relations culture will build a cohesive work environment across four public entities. You'll manage a team focusing on continuous improvement and service excellence in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a team of HR professionals

• Simplify and standardize HR administrative processes

• Champion collaboration between People & Culture and business units

• Provide strategic insights on talent and organizational effectiveness

• Lead employee relations and compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in People & Culture Management

• 12+ years of relevant HR management experience

• Strong ability to influence without authority

• Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially UKG

• Change leadership experience in competitive settings
