This position reports to the Chief People and Culture Officer and involves developing and executing global recruiting strategies. You will partner with leadership to build scalable talent pipelines supported by data and analytics. Strong operational excellence and strategic recruiting expertise are essential for attracting exceptional talent aligned with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop global recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning

• Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and hiring plans

• Oversee end-to-end recruiting processes including onboarding

• Strengthen employer branding initiatives across markets

• Drive inclusive and diverse hiring initiatives globally

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience

• Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics

• Knowledge of Canadian employment practices, Ontario preferred

• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
