Seth Commercial Corp, operating La Prep and Chaska across Canada, seeks an HR Intern for 1-2 days weekly. You will handle the full recruitment cycle, enhance creative sourcing strategies, and assist with onboarding documentation. In this role, you'll support various HR processes and contribute to policy management and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full recruitment cycle from posting to interviewing

• Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies

• Prepare employee documents for onboarding and transfers

• Conduct audits of HR documentation and processes

• Support HR Manager with various departmental projects

Requirements:

• Available 1 to 2 days a week for internship

• Limited travel required within the GTA

• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus

• Currently enrolled in an approved educational program
