CoreFactor Manager of Org Effectiveness

This contract position spans 18 months and plays a crucial role in fortifying structures that clarify roles and accountabilities within teams. As the Manager, you will lead design initiatives and establish sustainable practices that transform how Business HR engages with organizational design. Continuous improvement and optimal enterprise performance will be at the heart of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Significant experience in organizational design and effectiveness

• Strong leadership and consulting skills with senior stakeholders
