As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will lead the hiring process across various business units, ensuring alignment with IESO’s strategic goals. Your expertise will be vital in advising managers, conducting interviews, and implementing equitable hiring practices. You’ll support the organization in promoting diversity and inclusion while shaping the recruitment landscape in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete recruitment processes including job postings and assessments

• Consult with hiring managers to understand and define role requirements

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for strategic positions

• Enhance IESO's employment branding at career fairs

• Coach managers on effective interviewing techniques

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices

• Ability to manage confidential information

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
