Randstad Canada is seeking a People Operations Specialist to drive a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle. You will support payroll, maintain HRIS data integrity, and administer employee benefits in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include acting as HRIS super-user, assisting payroll, and analyzing HR metrics while handling light office operations as needed. A post-secondary HR degree is preferred and experience with ADP is a plus.
