Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the business

• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline for Sales talent

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on recruitment strategies

• Manage candidate experience with timely communication

• Track and report recruitment KPIs for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven success recruiting in startup or tech environments

• Experience sourcing Sales and technical talent

• Knowledge of North American markets, especially Canada and US

• Familiarity with modern ATS and sourcing tools
