• Manage full-cycle recruitment delivery for accounting and finance roles
• Partner closely with the sourcing team to define search strategy and prioritize pipelines
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening, assessment, and shortlisting
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview and offer process
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps with internal teams
• Advise on candidate positioning, compensation expectations, and market insights
• Drive offer management, negotiations, and successful placements
• Maintain accurate ATS and pipeline activity
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve delivery processes, workflows, and tools
• Act as a role model for accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution

• Experience in agency recruitment, accounting and finance recruitment experience preferred
• Strong candidate management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset with interest in modern recruiting tools and technology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in performance-driven culture
