The Total Rewards Manager will join Avalo's People & Culture team, reporting to the Director, Total Rewards. This position demands 7+ years of experience in total rewards management and expertise in compensation analysis. You will oversee the design and administration of various reward programs, ensuring alignment with Aviso's commitment to employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual compensation planning processes across departments

• Manage executive compensation and incentive procedures

• Oversee compensation surveys and market reviews

• Act as Chair of the Job Evaluation Committee

• Develop and maintain employee recognition strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required

• 7+ years’ total rewards experience with 2 in management

• Proficient in HRIS systems and compensation analysis

• Knowledge of compliance regarding pay equity

• Excellent project management and communication skills
