Join the Office of Student Recruitment within the Vice-Provost Strategic Enrolment Management at the University of Toronto. In this position, you will collaborate with the Assistant Director on strategies aimed at encouraging post-secondary education for under-represented groups. Engage with community organizations to develop outreach programs and provide admissions guidance to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a network of contacts to support recruitment strategies

• Implement outreach plans for specific communities

• Develop marketing and promotional materials

• Promote programs at various recruitment events

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Four years in undergraduate recruitment

• Experience with under-represented groups

• Strong presentation and counseling skills

• Proficient in content development and data management
