• Lead full-cycle recruitment across all Dodds locations

• Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes

• Resolve employee relations issues and complaints

• Oversee health & safety programs and compliance

• Maintain employee records and HR reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience

• Proven skills in full-cycle recruitment

• Degree in Human Resources Management

• Knowledge of Ontario employment law

• Strong communication and judgment skills
