- Write and publish job postings on various platforms.

Experience:
- Diploma or degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work outside regular business hours when required.
- Availability to travel outside the region.
