Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will partner with leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, knowledge of employment law, union environment experience a plus, and CHRP/CHRL is an asset.
