You will manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across global markets including the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. This role focuses on building talent pipelines and acting as a strategic advisor to retail leaders for store staffing and leadership hiring.

• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for new store openings and existing retail locations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Screen applicants using standardized interview guides to ensure brand alignment.
• Provide weekly recruitment metrics and market insights to retail leadership.
• Coach field managers on hiring processes and interview techniques.
• Maintain and optimize the Greenhouse ATS, including the integration of AI automation tools.
• Identify and resolve recruitment barriers in partnership with HR and retail teams.

• Proven experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques via Linked In and Indeed.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project trackers and timelines.
• Understanding of employment law and relevant legislation.
• Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders clearly.
• Availability to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone to support the Western region.
