Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in consolidating job descriptions into a centralized repository

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to streamline job description processes

• Update and maintain job evaluation scores for accessibility

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities and resume reviews

• Organize campus recruitment events and refresh internal recruitment sections

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Technical proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with HRMS Workday is a plus
