Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues

• Conduct exit interviews for leadership positions

• Lead investigations into employee complaints

• Manage leave of absences according to ESA

• Oversee recruitment processes and make hiring recommendations

Requirements:

• 8+ years as a People Business Partner

• CPG experience preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
