Your significant background in HR and program management will be pivotal in driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the integrated transformation roadmap

• Coordinate program reporting and executive dashboards

• Implement effective change management strategies

• Collaborate with HRBP and COE leaders for project alignment

• Navigate stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities
Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in HR or organizational transformation

• Proven track record in program management

• Experience with M&A integration and change management

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
