Additionally, you will collaborate with various HR functions to maintain job documentation and participate in employee communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support annual salary review and compensation processes

• Conduct market pricing and benchmark analyses

• Analyze internal equity and pay competitiveness

• Administer group benefits and recognition programs

• Develop HR dashboards and leadership presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 3-4 years in compensation or HR analytics

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Clear communication skills in English and French

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
