Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach ER/LR team members for effective performance

• Oversee complex workplace investigations with senior stakeholders

• Provide strategic ER/LR advice across multiple jurisdictions

• Manage arbitrations and collective bargaining scenarios

• Collaborate with legal and HR to ensure compliance and strategy alignment

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in employee and labour relations

• Experience with complex investigations and performance management

• Proven ability to advise senior leaders on sensitive ER/LR matters

• Strong judgment in high-risk situations
