Senior Employee Relations Leader - Global Role

Elevate workplace culture as the Senior Employee Relations Leader with OMERS. In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic oversight on complex employee and labour relations in a hybrid work model.

As the Associate Director of Employee & Labour Relations, you will report directly to the Director and guide a multi-jurisdictional team. Your expertise in complex investigations, labour relations, and high-risk situations will be crucial in managing sensitive matters across regions including the US, UK, and Singapore. This position holds significant impact in shaping policies and strategies that prioritize wellness and connection within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the ER/LR team for optimal performance

• Act as Director’s delegate for key ER/LR issues

• Manage complex workplace investigations and arbitrations

• Provide strategic ER/LR advice across multiple jurisdictions

• Design effective ER/LR strategies for process improvement

Requirements:

• 8+ years in employee/labour relations or HR

• Experience in managing high-stakes investigations

• Proven advisory skills to senior stakeholders

• Strong judgment in assessing risks and making recommendations

• University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
