In this critical role, you will shape and execute compensation strategies in partnership with HR leaders. Your responsibilities will include managing global compensation plans, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. With a focus on effectiveness, you’ll analyze compensation data and present findings to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate compensation program effectiveness and compliance
• Implement global compensation plans, including incentives
• Manage annual compensation cycles and key projects
• Provide strategic guidance on compensation matters
• Analyze and present compensation data insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Seven+ years in compensation program design
• Two+ years in a leadership role
• Advanced Excel and HRIS skills
• Certification in Compensation or HR preferred
Contribute to Dayforce’s global growth by developing and managing impactful compensation strategies.
