Position: University Recruiter at Amazon
Join Amazon's AUTA Field Recruiting Team as a University Recruiter based in Toronto. Leverage your full lifecycle recruiting skills to attract top talent and support our ambitious growth.

This role is vital for Amazon's talent acquisition strategy, focusing on early career recruitment and collaboration with hiring teams. You will partner with full lifecycle recruiters to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This is an in-office role which requires travel during peak recruiting seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to build early career talent strategy

• Develop recruiting plans with timelines and tracking processes

• Build sourcing and closing approaches for candidates

• Maintain a network of potential candidates through relationship management

• Facilitate candidate interview events for prospective hires

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of progressive recruiting experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Amazon experience

• Proven track record in executing recruitment strategy

• Experience with candidate tracking systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills
