This position requires 5+ years of experience in compensation practices, job evaluation, and incentive plans. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to create competitive, fair, and compliant compensation frameworks globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and administer competitive compensation programs worldwide
• Maintain global job architecture and salary alignment
• Conduct market pricing analyses across key regions

Requirements:
