In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with leaders and employees to drive HR objectives and enhance retention. The HRBP will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Canadian employment legislation while ensuring high-quality HR services. Your strategic insights will be essential for supporting the organization's growth across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Develop employee relations strategies for conflict resolution

• Provide coaching on HR policies and employment laws

• Partner in performance management and succession planning

• Collaborate on standardizing HR policies across locations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration

• Minimum 5–7 years of HRBP experience

• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
