Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play an operational role in driving HR initiatives that align with both employee needs and business goals. Your responsibilities include navigating the Collective Agreement, resolving employee-related issues, and supporting attendance management programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end HR support for assigned groups

• Lead investigations related to sensitive employee issues

• Advise leadership on collective agreement administration

• Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in HR Management

• 3–5+ years in HR generalist roles

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kronos
