Lead a transformative agenda for People and Culture as the Director of Culture Strategy at AGCO in Toronto. This pivotal role focuses on strategic planning, digital enablement, and fostering diversity inclusion.
AGCO is seeking an experienced leader to drive its People Strategic Plan and consultation across various teams. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and regulatory frameworks. Your expertise will actively influence workforce strategy while embracing digital adoption and responsible AI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the People Strategic Plan
• Translate priorities into actionable people strategies
• Oversee People and Culture initiatives and projects
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership
• Lead digital enablement and responsible AI practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience
• Expertise in HR strategy and performance measurement
• Strong understanding of digital HR processes
• Proven track record in diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Highly effective in stakeholder engagement
