This role seeks a dynamic individual responsible for managing HR systems, primarily Oracle HCM Cloud. With a minimum of 2 years of HRIS experience, you will ensure data accuracy, facilitate onboarding, and maintain crucial HR records. You will also handle analytics and respond to system-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Oracle HCM Cloud and support system maintenance
• Audit employee data for consistency and accuracy
• Troubleshoot integration and monitor system performance
• Generate reports and manage data input during changes
• Maintain HR SharePoint and update HR content
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HRIS
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Share Point
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English/French preferred
