IAMGOLD is seeking a Talent Specialist to join the Corporate team in Toronto, ON. You will support enterprise talent programs across learning, performance, succession, and compliance, while strengthening insights and reporting to enable high-quality program delivery.
You’ll apply HR processes, policies, and systems knowledge to translate data into practical insights, guide stakeholders through cycles, and contribute to future-state process design as part of HR transformation.
