You will play a pivotal role, reporting to the General Manager while engaging in hands-on HR tasks like recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employee relations and provide HR guidance

• Manage recruitment, including postings and interviews

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding programs

• Maintain accurate HR records and file management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree; CHRP designation is a strong asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
