As they prepare for the busy holiday season, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support large-scale seasonal retail hiring across multiple international locations.
Your New RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-volume seasonal recruitment initiatives. You will support the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidatemunication, offer administration, and onboarding support.
Responsibilities include:Reviewing high volumes of applications and conducting initial candidate screeningsCoordinating interviews with hiring managers and stakeholdersManaging candidatemunications and ensuring a positive candidate experiencePreparing offers and collecting onboarding documentationSupporting hiring events, group interviews, and recruitment campaignsMaintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking systemCollaborating with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to meet hiring targetsSupporting onboarding activities, background checks, and document collectionWhat You Need to DoManage high-volume recruitment activity in a fast-paced environmentConduct candidate screenings and assessmentsCoordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logisticsSupport hiring events and candidate engagement initiativesAssist with onboarding and administrative recruitment tasksWhat You'll Need to Succeed2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentPrevious retail, hospitality, customer service, or hourly workforce recruitment experience is an assetStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and writtenmunication abilitiesExperience managing multiple priorities and tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and candidate care mindsetExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologyThe ability to facilitate group interviews or hiring events is considered a strong assetWhat You'll Get in ReturnYou will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and
