HR Leadership Role

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager at our Toronto manufacturing plant, leading employee engagement and performance management initiatives. Foster a strong safety culture and improve HR processes consistently.
You will report to the Plant Manager and indirectly to the VP Human Resources ICP, overseeing all HR aspects of the tissue manufacturing facility. This role involves enhancing employee relations, coordinating performance reviews, and leading HR training. Your ability to engage with employees will create a solid foundation for effective communication and HR development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safe work practices and lead by example

• Document HR processes and ensure compliance

• Collaborate with recruitment for staffing efficiency

• Coordinate and manage annual performance reviews

• Facilitate HR training and employee events
Requirements:

• 7-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong communication and public speaking abilities

• Experience in Project Management and incident analysis

• Proven skills in conflict resolution and influencing

• University degree or equivalent, with CHRP/CPHL as an asset
