Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on sensitive and organizational health issues

• Lead strategy for executive-level employee situations

• Create and evolve operational models for ER

• Use data insights to guide risk management strategies

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for HR initiatives
Requirements:

• 10+ years in Employee Relations or HR

• Proven experience with complex and sensitive situations

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; advanced degree preferred

• Strong strategic mindset and analytical abilities

• Effective relationship management across all levels
