Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes

• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters

• Foster team development and performance management

• Partner with leaders on business priorities and talent needs

• Measure service delivery and monitor client outcomes
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent

• Seven years of progressive HR experience

• Certified Human Resources Leader designation preferred

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
