Hands-On Director of People & Culture

Lead as the Hands-On Director of People & Culture at Vital Infrastructure Property Trust. Shape people strategies while managing a diverse workforce across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of senior HR experience, preferably in fast-paced environments

• Related university degree required

• Real estate and financial industry experience preferred

• Proven skills in executive compensation and incentive planning

• Excellent problem-solving and coaching abilities
