This role requires a dynamic HR professional with a firm grasp of global organizational practices. Your focus will be on talent management, employee relations, and using data analytics to make informed decisions. Forge partnerships to align people strategy with organizational objectives and foster a solid culture across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of HR specialists for service excellence

• Facilitate organizational planning and structure enhancements

• Support business leaders in strategic decision-making

• Design and drive effective talent and performance programs

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organizational policies
Requirements:

• 12+ years of HR management experience in multifaceted environments

• Proven strategic partner skills with senior leadership

• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably UKG

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Experience in real estate development or asset management preferred
