Lead the People and Culture strategy at Sticker You, a global e-commerce leader, focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent development. This hybrid role based in Toronto welcomes innovative leaders passionate about fostering culture and engagement.

As the Director of People and Culture, you will partner directly with the CEO and Leadership Team. You’ll oversee a small HR team, shape company culture, and develop talent acquisition strategies. Your focus will be on engaging both Canadian and international teams to create an exceptional workplace. Chart the course for recruitment and performance management while encouraging an inclusive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the people strategy with senior leaders

• Strengthen company culture through engagement initiatives

• Manage recruitment strategies and hiring processes

• Coach managers on performance improvement and talent retention

• Align compensation and payroll processes with business goals

Requirements:

• 8+ years of HR leadership experience required

• Experience with talent acquisition and organizational development

• Strong relationship-building and coaching skills

• Ability to influence and connect with senior leaders

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, especially Rippling
