HR Transformation Lead at Lifemark

Transform Lifemark Health Group's HR practices in a hybrid role based in North York. Thrive in documenting processes, optimizing recruitment, and leading Workday readiness initiatives.

As the HR Transformation Lead, you'll report directly to the Vice President, People & Culture.

Your role will focus on enhancing the HR operating model, documenting current-state processes, improving governance, and preparing for Workday implementation. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and compliance improvements across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document current-state HR processes and workflows

• Identify process gaps and inconsistencies in HR operations

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and governance materials

• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to validate processes

• Recommend enhancements for compliance and risk reduction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields

• 7+ years in HR transformation or operations

• Strong understanding of HR processes and controls

• Experience with Workday or HRIS implementations

• Familiarity with AI opportunities in HR
