You will manage complaints involving bullying, harassment, discrimination, and sexual harassment, and provide guidance to divisional HR offices and senior leadership.
Working under provincial laws and university policies, you will contribute to educational programs and advise on employment law, including the Ontario Human Rights Code and OHSA.
